Holistic Transformational Women's Wellness Coach, helping women in

Perimenopause & Beyond. 

I’m a certified Transformaional wellness Coach.  Menopause Champion & Menochef and a Level 4 nutrition Coach.   When I went through perimenopause, I had trouble finding community and solutions for the changes I was experiencing. I found ways to help myself through nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes. There was also a lack of community and support, so I decided to create it for other women. 

I re-educated myself and I am now passionate about teaching women to embrace midlife and to feel empowered by the change that comes with it. I use nutrition, exercise, and mindset work to create systems unique to each client. Midlife doesn’t need to be scary…it can be the beginning of the rest of your healthy and happy life!

 

Now, I use my qualifications and experience to help women embrace midlife and flourish through this incredible stage in my Free group, my paid online membership, my local workshops through my CIC and my unique Retreats in the South of Spain.
